Terms of sale of the HungryPockets online store. Last updated: 2026.

Seller and scope

The store is operated by HungryPockets, with support contact suporte@hungrypockets.pt. These terms govern purchases made by consumers in the HungryPockets online store.

Products and availability

Descriptions, images, variants and features are presented based on available information. Products are made to order by our fulfilment partner (Printful). Images may be illustrative when clearly indicated. Availability is confirmed at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. The total price, shipping costs, any charges and available payment methods are presented before the order is completed.

Order and confirmation

The customer must check their details before confirming. After purchase, the order is sent to production and can be followed on the Tracking page with the provided reference. The store may contact the customer to resolve data errors, payment failures or unavailability.

Production and delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by Printful. Estimated times, costs and restrictions are indicated before purchase, in the checkout shipping section.

Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, the consumer generally has 14 days to exercise the legal right of withdrawal, with the exceptions provided by applicable law — see the Shipping & Returns page.

Conformity, warranties and complaints

Legal rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain. Contact suporte@hungrypockets.pt with the order number and a description of the problem.

Site use

The user agrees to provide correct information and not to use the store for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Brands, logos, texts and content belong to their respective owners or are used with authorization.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The mandatory consumer protection rules relevant to the consumer's country of residence apply.
