What data we process

Depending on how you use the store, we may process identification and contact data, delivery and billing address, order data and history, customer support communications, language preferences, consent records and technical data strictly necessary for the security and operation of the site. Payment data is processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card data.

Recipients

Data may be shared, as necessary, with the production and logistics partner (Printful), payment provider, hosting platform, email service and authorities when legally required.

International transfers

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we apply the appropriate legal transfer mechanism and required safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose and applicable legal deadlines, with technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk and role-limited access.
