Production and shipping

All products are made to order and shipped worldwide by Printful. Estimated costs and times are shown at checkout before purchase: standard shipping (2–4 business days, free over €50) and express shipping (24–48h). After dispatch, tracking information is provided — use the Tracking page with your order reference.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can generally communicate your decision to withdraw within 14 days from the day after receiving the goods, without having to justify. To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement to suporte@hungrypockets.pt, stating your name, order number, product and decision to withdraw.

Made-to-order products

Products made to order or clearly personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law. This exception does not remove rights relating to defects, damage or non-conformity.

Costs and refunds

When the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer bears the direct costs of return only if informed beforehand and where the law allows. The refund is made within the legal period and by the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to the consumer. The store may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or proof of shipment, as permitted by law.

Damaged, wrong or non-conforming products

Contact suporte@hungrypockets.pt as soon as possible, stating the order number and describing the problem. The store will indicate the appropriate procedure and applicable legal rights; costs of resolving non-conformity are handled according to law.
